Another family favorite recipe. A twist on traditional Macaroni and Cheese, using sea shell pasta, cream of mushroom soup and good old Velveeta cheese.

Ingredients
3 cups of large sea shell macaroni
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
8 ounce package of Velveeta cheese
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
½ teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
Paprika (for top)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°
Cook macaroni for 7 minutes after water boils, and rinse with cold water until macaroni is cool
Cut cheese into ½” x ½” cubes
Mix together soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper
Grease a 1 ½ or 2 quart baking dish using nonstick cooking spray
Alternate layers of macaroni, soup mixture and cheese cubes
Lightly sprinkle top with paprika
Bake for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly
