Thick and savory, this Spinach Artichoke Dip is my absolute favorite recipe. The artichokes are cut coarse, giving the dip a nice and chunky consistency. I make this dip for every friend/family get together or holiday that we host – there are rarely any leftovers! We serve it with tortilla chips but it’s also perfect to stuff mushrooms with it. I hope you enjoy this family favorite!
