As you may know, many of our products are handcrafted and custom made at the time of order. The COVID-19 pandemic has created major challenges for our artisans and manufacturers. Many are working with reduced staff and some are at maximum production capacity.
We have been working closely with our manufacturers and shipping partners to provide customers with the most accurate production, processing, and delivery times as possible.
