Why copper? Copper is an excellent heat conductor. It heats quickly and stays warm, allowing for an even distribution of heat so that food cooks properly and thoroughly. The pure tin interior is completely non-stick. Because copper cookware heats more quickly and evenly, it is energy efficient. Heating food in a copper pan saves electricity or gas, and time. Chefs have always favored this metal because it is the best for cooking. Copper is indispensable for dishes requiring long cooking procedures, for delicate dishes and for confectionery creations. Amoretti Brothers copper cookware is built to last for generations.

Tinning: To ensure the perfect cooking surface, the thickness of Amoretti Brothers products varies from 1.5mm for frying pans, and up to 2mm to 3mm for large casseroles or special pieces. The tin lining process is performed manually by using the traditional flame/blotter method. Amoretti Brothers guarantees a perfect lining that is extremely durable and lacking in impurities. Tin is 100% pure.
Handles: Handles are hand crafted in brass using the ancient method of mold melting and then polished by hand. Extra thick rivets are made of copper.
