The Amoretti Brothers Copper Daubière features solid copper construction with a non-stick tin lining and a flat lid to enable stacking one on top of the other. Daubières are the perfect braising pan, with lids that overlap the tops of the pot, producing a closed environment to slowly stew or braise meats and vegetables.

Hand-forged by master coppersmiths with 2mm hand-hammered copper, this pan is tin lined on the cooking surface with a double layer of tin for extra durability. The result: Excellent cooking efficiency and performance.

Why copper? Copper is an excellent heat conductor. It heats quickly and stays warm, allowing for an even distribution of heat so that food cooks properly and thoroughly. The pure tin interior is completely non-stick. Because copper cookware heats more quickly and evenly, it is energy efficient. Heating food in a copper pan saves electricity or gas, and time. Chefs have always favored this metal because it is the best for cooking. Copper is indispensable for dishes requiring long cooking procedures, for delicate dishes and for confectionery creations. Amoretti Brothers copper cookware is built to last for generations.

Includes: One Copper Daubière with lid. This piece is carefully packaged in a signature wooden crate.
