Returns:
This item can be returned within 10 days of the date of delivery. Please note, we will only accept returns for items in their original condition: new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged in its original packaging with tags still attached. For more information on returns, please read our Return Policy.

Your Matteo pieces have been garment-dyed.  These products will maintain color if cared for properly. We recommend not using bleach and avoiding continual exposure to intense sunlight.

Please be sure to separate wash load into dark and light colors.  Do not overload washing machine as this will damage long cotton fibers.

Wash:
We recommend a lukewarm wash cycle with gentle detergent and a cool rinse cycle.

Note:   Use light bleach on Matteo white cotton products only.  Never use bleach on colored cotton or linen fabrics. Avoid using products that contain whitening agents including chlorine bleach, alpha hydroxy acids and benzoyl peroxide on garment-dyed items. The reactive dyes used for garment-dyeing are not resistant to these whitening agents.

Drying:
Tumble dry on low heat.  Remove linens promptly from the machine to reduce wrinkling. For best results, line dry.

Ironing:
If you prefer a crisp looking bed, Matteo bed linens should be pressed while slightly damp using the Linen or High setting.

Matteo products are made from the finest natural materials like cotton and linen that will wrinkle naturally because they do not have the artificial elasticity of synthetic fabrics. We recommend removing your Matteo products promptly from the dryer which will decrease wrinkles.  Over-drying will produce over-wrinkling.

Dry Cleaning:
Matteo makes most of their products from natural materials like cotton and linen that do not require dry cleaning.  All Matteo products are carefully labeled with washing instructions to help you take the best care of your products.
